Lana Weingarten-Vice President
Lana has been involved with the everyday operations of the firm since it's inception. She handles all financial affairs of the company and has some project management and inspection responsibilities. She holds a BA from SUNY at Purchase.

Mr. Morales has extensive experience in CAD drawing for architectural, structural and MEP design. In addition, he is well-versed in 3 dimensional rendering and modeling with more than 15 years of technical experience in the Manhattan, New York marketplace.

 

Howard DobelleHoward Dobelle, R.A.
Mr. Howard Dobelle is a seasoned architect with wide-ranging experience in design and construction for public transportation projects, commercial properties, and residential buildings. During his architecture career spanning more than 40 years, he has developed expertise in code compliance, accessibility analysis, and analysis of construction defects.

He is a Registered Architect in the States of New York, New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Virginia in addition to NCARB Certification. Mr. Dobelle holds a Master's of Architecture from the University of Hawaii and a Bachelor's of Architecture from Oklahoma University.

 

Greg Kogan, L.S.
Mr. Kogan has extensive experience (over 16 years) in the field of land surveying and its varied applications. He went through all stages of the surveying profession from instrument man to Survey Manager in one of the prominent Fairfield County Land Surveying Firms.

He is a licensed land surveyor in the State of Connecticut. Mr. Kogan is highly capable of providing boundary/property surveys, staking property lines, zoning location surveys, establishing high accuracy GPS surveys, construction survey and staking, as-built surveys, elevation certificates, topographic surveys, site surveys, ALTA surveys, certified survey maps, wetland delineation mapping, land use planning, area development and easement maps, amongst other specialties in the surveying field.

Mr. Kogan holds a Bachelor's of Science in Land Surveying from Kharkov University, Ukraine.

 

Gerry OHalloranGerry O'Halloran, P.E.

Gerry graduated from The New Jersey Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a separate B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He also has a Masters in Financial Management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Electrical Power in New York and New Jersey.

He has extensive experience in mechanical engineering design and controls systems engineering of automated machinery and design of electrical power systems with a focus on renewable energies including solar photovoltaics.

 

Scott Johnston, PE

Mr. Johnston is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Florida. He background is in land development of commercial and residential subdivisions, as well as environmental engineering. He has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FLas well as a Bachelors Degree in English and Philosophy Goucher College in Baltimore, MD.

 

Mr. Stanley Jurczak

Mr. Jurczak is a well-accomplished and experienced professional with over 30 years of experience in the evaluation of mechanical systems including boilers, HVAC units, frozen pipe conditions, soot damage and other mechanical failures. In addition, he operated his own mechanical company for over 30 years. Some of his certifications include master plumber, master pipe fitter, sprinkler contractor, certified oil burner technician, journeyman plumber, master heating and cooling, EPA-universal refrigerant technician. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven and an MBA from Northeastern University.

He holds a BA in Environmental Studies from St. John's University and an MS in Environmental Science from Long Island University. Shawn has significant experience in the fields of occupational health and safety on various projects in the governmental and private sectors including conducting air quality tests for various United States Postal Service Regional Facilities throughout the State of New York, performing water sampling and analysis on the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel Project, and technical reviews of various Environmental, Safety, Occupational & Health regulations concerning use of various chemicals, MSDS reviews of NYC-Transit procured materials, PCBs, Asbestos, Lead and other OHS issues experienced by NYC-Transit Personnel. He also provided safety and health consulting services on the Metropolitan Transit Authority's East Side Access (project totaling $7.2 billion). On the NYC DEP's Tallman Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Project ($500 million +) Shawn held weekly safety meetings, performed in-depth site inspections, conducted safety audits and implemented all safety regulations, policies and procedures.

Mr. White has completed numerous courses including for the NYC DOB Site Safety, NYC DOB Supported Scaffold Training, Risk Assessor Mold Remediation Manager Certification, NYSDOL Certified Air Sampling Technician, NYSDOL Lead Awareness Course, OSHA Stairways and Ladders Safety Training.

 

Michael J. Dudek

Michael Dudek is an experienced safety and health professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. Mike is an Authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor with extensive experience in both General Industry and Construction.
Mike was also an authorized EMS Safety and American Red Cross Lay Responder First Aid, CPR/AED Instructor. He has completed numerous OSHA safety training programs including: OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety, 10 Hour General Industry Safety, 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Site Worker Training, OSHA Disaster Site Safety Trainer, Fall Protection Competent Person, as well as other Educational Training programs in areas of Electrical Safety, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Confined Space Entry, Hazard Communication, Aerial Lift Safety, Rigging/Hoisting, and Ladder Safety.

Prior to his work in the Construction Industry, Mike spent more than 25 years as a Millwright Welder and Skilled Trades Trainer for General Motors. During his time at GM, he played an integral part in founding the first departmental Safety Committee for his facility.

Mike was also a part-time Millwright and Maintenance Mechanic Apprentice Instructor at Middlesex County Vo-Tech and an MSF Motorcycle Safety Instructor.
